Further Clarification on SMS Information Sharing: Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with any third party, except for the following limited purposes:
With our text messaging service providers and aggregators for the sole purpose of delivering the text messages to you.
When required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or other legal process.
SMS Data Retention: We will retain your mobile phone number and opt-in consent for as long as you remain subscribed to our SMS service. If you opt out by texting STOP, we will retain your phone number only to honor your opt-out request and prevent future messages.
